Caffeine , Sodium Benzoate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Ayahuasca interacts with.

Theoretically, ayahuasca might increase plasma concentrations of CYP3A4 substrates.
Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline alkaloids. In vitro research suggests that beta-carboline alkaloids competitively inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for the caffeine in your caffeine and sodium benzoate injection. Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline compounds (like harmine) that, in lab studies, can slow down the CYP3A4 enzyme, one of the liver's drug-processing systems. If that enzyme gets blocked, a drug it handles can build up and hit you harder than expected. For caffeine, that could mean more jitteriness, a racing or pounding heart, trouble sleeping, anxiety, or an upset stomach.

That said, this is purely theoretical right now. It comes from test-tube research and has not actually been shown in people, and caffeine is mostly cleared by a different enzyme anyway. Combining ayahuasca with anything is risky on its own, so please run it by your doctor or pharmacist first.
