Ethiny Estradiol, Levonorgestrel falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Ayahuasca interacts with.

Theoretically, ayahuasca might increase plasma concentrations of CYP3A4 substrates.
Ayahuasca contains beta-carboline alkaloids. In vitro research suggests that beta-carboline alkaloids competitively inhibit CYP3A4 enzymes. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Your birth control pill (Microgynon or Logynon) is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Lab-dish studies hint that the beta-carboline compounds in ayahuasca can slow down that same enzyme. On paper, that means a bit less of the hormones (the estrogen and the levonorgestrel) might get broken down, so levels could nudge upward. In real life, this could show up as more of the usual pill side effects, like nausea, breast tenderness, headaches, or breakthrough spotting.

Honestly though, this is only a theoretical concern from test-tube data, never confirmed in people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The bigger worry is that ayahuasca itself can be dangerous and is illegal in many places. Please loop in your doctor or pharmacist before mixing the two.
