Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Borage interacts with.

Theoretically, borage seed oil may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
In healthy individuals, borage seed oil supplementation does not seem to affect platelet aggregation. However, gamma-linolenic acid, a constituent of borage seed oil, seems to decrease platelet aggregation by 45% and increase the risk of bleeding by 40% in animal and clinical research.

This combination pill pairs aspirin with the pain reliever pentazocine. The piece that matters here is the aspirin, which already thins your blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Borage seed oil's main ingredient, GLA, may gently nudge platelets in that same direction, so stacking the two could add up to a little more bleeding risk than aspirin alone.

In plain terms, you might bruise more easily, take longer to stop bleeding from a small cut, or notice nosebleeds or gum bleeding. The evidence here is modest and partly theoretical, and many healthy people see no real change. Still, before you add a borage supplement, check with your pharmacist or doctor, and choose only a 'PA-free' product to protect your liver.
