Here's the basic idea with Cenobamate (Xcopri) and the dream herb. Cenobamate already calms overactive electrical signals in the brain, and a common side effect is feeling sleepy, dizzy, or a bit foggy. Calea zacatechichi has shown some brain-slowing (sedative) effects in animals and a few people, so combining the two could, in theory, pile on that drowsiness.

I'll be honest, this concern is theoretical and based on pharmacology, not on solid human studies, so it's rated minor. Still, if you notice extra grogginess, unsteadiness, or trouble concentrating, that's worth paying attention to, especially before driving.
