Hydrochlorothiazide, Labetalol falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Camphor interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of camphor with other hepatotoxic drugs might increase the risk of liver damage.
There have been a few case reports of transient elevations in liver enzymes in adults after oral or topical use of camphor. There has also been one case of hepatotoxicity in an infant after topical camphor use.

Here's the gist with your blood pressure combo pill (hydrochlorothiazide plus labetalol) and camphor: this isn't about camphor changing how your medicine works or how strong it is. Instead, the concern is that both can put a little stress on the liver. Labetalol in particular is one of those medicines that can occasionally bump up liver enzymes, and camphor has been linked in a handful of case reports to temporary liver enzyme rises too.

The honest truth is this is theoretical, based on how these things behave rather than proven cases together. Used as directed on the skin in small amounts, camphor is unlikely to cause a problem for most folks. Still, since liver effects are the worry, never swallow camphor, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before starting it.
