Omeprazole, Sodium Bicarbonate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) INHIBITORS — the group Cannabinol (cbn) interacts with.

Theoretically, CYP2C9 inhibitors might increase the levels and clinical effects of cannabinol.
In vitro research shows that CYP2C9 enzymes are involved in the 11-hydroxylation of cannabinol. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist: omeprazole (the active part of Konvomep) can mildly block a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Lab studies suggest that same enzyme helps process CBN. So in theory, taking omeprazole alongside CBN could slow how your body clears the CBN, letting a little more of it build up. In plain terms, that might make the CBN feel a touch stronger, so think more drowsiness, grogginess, or a foggy feeling.

I want to be honest about how soft this evidence is. It comes only from test-tube research and has never been reported in actual people, so it may not matter at all. The omeprazole itself isn't affected here. If you're considering CBN for sleep, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, since cannabis product quality varies a lot.

Here's the gist: omeprazole (the active ingredient in Konvomep, paired with sodium bicarbonate) is partly cleared by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In test tube studies, CBN appears to block that enzyme. If that played out in real life, your body might clear omeprazole a little slower, letting levels build up. That could mean more of its usual effects, things like headache, stomach upset, gas, or diarrhea.

The important caveat is that this is theoretical. It's only been seen in lab dishes, never reported in actual people, and omeprazole is generally a forgiving medication. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since cannabis product quality varies a lot, do mention CBN to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
