Theoretically, combining these casein peptides with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical research shows that some casein peptides, including the lactotripeptides isoleucine-proline-proline (IPP) and valine-proline-proline (VPP), can modestly reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Here's the simple version: Rescinnamine (Moderil) is an older blood pressure medicine that works by calming the nervous system signals that raise blood pressure. Casein peptides may gently lower blood pressure too, partly by blocking the same ACE enzyme that some BP drugs target. Stack those two together and you could end up with blood pressure that drops a little more than you want.

If that happens, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or unsteady when you stand up. The evidence here is modest, and casein peptides usually have only a mild effect, but it's still worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially since they can check your readings and adjust if needed.
