Sitaxsentan sodium falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Casein Peptides interacts with.

Theoretically, combining these casein peptides with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Clinical research shows that some casein peptides, including the lactotripeptides isoleucine-proline-proline (IPP) and valine-proline-proline (VPP), can modestly reduce blood pressure in patients with hypertension.

Sitaxsentan (brand name Thelin) was used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension, the high blood pressure in the lungs. It works by blocking endothelin, a substance that tightens blood vessels, so it tends to lower blood pressure a bit as part of its job. Casein peptides like IPP and VPP may also nudge blood pressure down by gently blocking the ACE enzyme. Putting the two together could, in theory, add up and lower your blood pressure more than expected.

If that happened, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, or tired, especially when standing up. The evidence here is modest, and food amounts of dairy are not the concern, only concentrated supplements. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and never stop a prescribed medicine on your own.
