Here's the basics of this one. Your medication pairs conjugated estrogens with methyltestosterone, and it's often used to ease menopausal symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, and vaginal dryness. Chrysin, in lab and animal studies, seems to act against estrogen and may also block aromatase (the enzyme that converts testosterone into estrogen). On paper, that could chip away at the estrogen side of your therapy, possibly making it work a little less well, so symptoms like hot flashes might creep back.
The thing to keep in mind is that this is theoretical. It comes only from test-tube and animal research, and your body barely absorbs chrysin, so a real-world effect is far from certain. Still, before adding it, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor.

GLUCURONIDATED DRUGS

In vitro research suggests that chrysin might induce UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 1A1 (UGT1A1).
Interaction has been demonstrated in animal or in lab research but has been shown not to occur in humans..
Here's the basic idea behind this pairing. Your body gets rid of estrogens partly by attaching a sugar molecule to them, a process called glucuronidation that runs through an enzyme named UGT1A1. In test-tube studies, chrysin appeared to speed that enzyme up. If that happened in real life, your body might clear the estrogen portion of Premarin with Methyltestosterone a little faster, which could in theory soften its benefits (for example, less control of hot flashes or other menopausal symptoms).
I'll be honest with you though: this is only a theoretical concern from lab work, rated minor and unlikely. Chrysin is also poorly absorbed by the body. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but since this medication matters for your symptoms, mention chrysin to your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

TESTOSTERONE

In vitro research suggests that chrysin and its sulfate conjugate inhibit testosterone metabolism. It is speculated that chrysin and its sulfate conjugate reduce the metabolism of testosterone by inhibiting cytochrome P450 3A4. This effect has not been reported in humans.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist with this combo. Your medicine contains methyltestosterone, an active form of testosterone. In test-tube studies, chrysin appears to slow down an enzyme (CYP3A4) that helps break this hormone down. If that happened in your body, the testosterone part could linger a bit longer and its effects, both wanted and unwanted, might tick up. Think along the lines of acne, oily skin, mood changes, or fluid retention.
The honest part: this is theoretical and based only on lab work, never shown in real people. On top of that, the body absorbs very little chrysin, so a real-world effect is unlikely. Still, since you're taking a hormone product, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding chrysin.
