Uniretic combines two blood pressure lowerers: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and moexipril (an ACE inhibitor). Coconut water has its own mild blood-pressure-lowering effect, so pairing the two could, in theory, nudge your numbers a little too low. Watch for signs like dizziness, lightheadedness when you stand up, feeling tired, or a headache. This is mostly a theory based on how things work, not a strong warning, so an occasional glass is unlikely to cause trouble for most people.

One extra thing to keep in mind: moexipril can already raise your potassium, and coconut water is naturally rich in potassium. If you have kidney concerns or drink a lot of it, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.
