Eutron combines two blood pressure lowering medicines: methyclothiazide (a thiazide water pill) and pargyline (an older drug that relaxes blood vessels). Coconut water has its own mild blood pressure lowering effect, so drinking a lot of it alongside this medicine could, in theory, push your pressure down a bit more than expected. That might leave you feeling dizzy, lightheaded, or faint, especially when you stand up quickly.

Keep in mind this is a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not strong proof, and an occasional glass is unlikely to cause trouble. One extra point worth raising with your pharmacist: coconut water is high in potassium, so it is smart to check whether that matters for you. If you drink it regularly, mention it to your doctor.
