Lesinurad, Allopurinol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Corydalis Yanhusuo interacts with.

Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might increase serum levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2C9.
Corydalis yanhusuo contains berberine. Preliminary clinical research shows that berberine can inhibit CYP2C9. Theoretically, Corydalis yanhusuo might also inhibit CYP2C9.

Here's the gist for Duzallo, which combines lesinurad and allopurinol to lower uric acid in gout. The lesinurad part is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. Corydalis yanhusuo may contain berberine, which lab and early human research suggests can slow that same enzyme down. In theory, that could let lesinurad linger a bit longer in your body and nudge its effects up.

I want to be honest though: this is a theoretical concern based on how things work on paper, not on real cases of people getting into trouble. Lesinurad can stress the kidneys, so if you take this herb together I'd watch for things like reduced urination, swelling, or unusual tiredness. Please run it by your pharmacist or doctor first rather than changing anything on your own.
