Here's the gist: Oseni combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and pioglitazone, that both work to bring your blood sugar down. The concern on file is that concentrated cucumber seed extract might nudge your blood sugar a little lower too, which could add to what your medication is already doing and slightly raise the chance of a low (hypoglycemia). With these two drugs that's usually mild, but watch for shakiness, sweating, dizziness, or feeling suddenly hungry or foggy.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is theoretical, based only on animal studies using a concentrated seed extract. Eating normal cucumber as a food is very unlikely to cause any trouble. If you're using a strong supplement form, keep an eye on your readings and check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
