Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Pyrilamine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First, a serious safety note: Datura wrightii is genuinely poisonous, and we don't recommend using it at all. Even tiny amounts can cause dangerous reactions on their own.

Here's why combining it with Tanamine is a problem. Two ingredients in your product, chlorpheniramine and pyrilamine, are antihistamines that already have anticholinergic (drying) effects. Datura contains atropine and scopolamine, which work the same way. Stacking them can pile those effects on top of each other, leading to a dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, fast heartbeat, drowsiness, and even confusion or hallucinations. The phenylephrine could add to the racing-heart feeling too. This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than formal studies, but the overlap is real. Please run this by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing them.
