Chlorpheniramine, Pheylephrine, Pyrilamine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First things first: Datura wrightii is genuinely poisonous, and I'd urge you not to use it at all. But here's the specific concern with your Phena-Plus product. One of its ingredients, chlorpheniramine, is a sedating antihistamine that already has drying, anticholinergic effects. Datura's tropane alkaloids (atropine and scopolamine) work the very same way, so stacking them together can pile up those effects.

What might that look like? Think dry mouth, blurred vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a racing heart, and in stronger doses confusion or hallucinations. The phenylephrine piece could add to that fast heartbeat too. This warning is based on how these drugs behave (theoretical pharmacology) rather than lots of human studies, but the logic is sound. Please run any combination past your pharmacist or doctor first.
