Isopropamide, Trifluoperazine falls under ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS — the group Datura Wrightii interacts with.

Datura wrightii contains atropine and scopolamine, as well as other tropane alkaloids with anticholinergic activity. Concomitant use of Datura wrightii with anticholinergic drugs might increase anticholinergic effects and adverse effects. Some anticholinergic drugs include amantadine, atropine, belladonna alkaloids, phenothiazines, scopolamine, and tricyclic antidepressants.

First things first: I really can't recommend Datura wrightii at all. It's a poisonous plant packed with atropine and scopolamine, and even small amounts can cause serious harm. But here's why it matters specifically with your medication. Your combo pill already does two anticholinergic things at once. Isopropamide is an anticholinergic that calms stomach and gut activity, and trifluoperazine (a phenothiazine) carries its own anticholinergic side effects too.

Stacking Datura's atropine-like compounds on top of an already drying medication is like pressing the same gas pedal twice. You could see worse dry mouth, blurry vision, constipation, trouble urinating, a fast or pounding heartbeat, overheating, and confusion or hallucinations. This warning is based on how these drugs work rather than firm studies, but the logic is sound. Please don't use Datura, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
