Here's the idea behind this one. Tiotropium (Spiriva) is an inhaler you use to keep the airways in your lungs open, and it works by blocking a brain-and-body chemical called acetylcholine in your lungs. Deanol (DMAE) is thought to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So on paper, if deanol raises acetylcholine while Spiriva is trying to tamp it down, it could in theory chip away at how well your inhaler keeps you breathing easy.

I want to be honest with you though: this is a theoretical concern only, based on how the two work, not on real patient reports. An interaction is unlikely and would be minor if it happened at all. Still, if you notice more wheezing or shortness of breath after starting deanol, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor.
