Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan
Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Ipriflavone interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination cold and flu product (Coricidin) packs three ingredients into one pill: acetaminophen for fever and aches, chlorpheniramine to dry up a runny nose, and dextromethorphan to quiet a cough. The concern here is that ipriflavone may gently block a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, which could slow how your body clears certain medicines. In theory, that might let levels build up a bit, possibly adding to drowsiness, dizziness, or grogginess.
That said, this warning rests only on lab and animal data, not real people, so the actual risk is uncertain and likely small. Acetaminophen and these cold ingredients aren't the classic CYP1A2 drugs. Still, since ipriflavone's safety isn't well proven, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist before pairing the two.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Chlorpheniramine, Dextromethorphan page
“Alcohol is the risk to understand first. It carries major ratings alongside the acetaminophen, chlorpheniramine, and dextromethorphan combination sold as Coricidin II Extra Strength Cold and Flu, because acetaminophen already taxes the liver, and heavy drinking on top of it raises the chance of genuine liver injury.”
