Limbitrol DS combines two medicines that already calm the brain: amitriptyline (a sedating antidepressant) and chlordiazepoxide (a benzodiazepine). Both can make you drowsy on their own. The concern here is simple: animal studies hint that jackfruit seeds may also have a sedating effect, so in theory stacking them could add up to more sleepiness, dizziness, slowed thinking, or trouble concentrating.

I'll be honest with you, this is a weak, theoretical signal based only on animal research, not human studies. Eating jackfruit as a regular fruit is very unlikely to cause a problem. Concentrated seed extracts or supplements are the bigger unknown. If you want to use those, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first, and avoid driving until you know how you feel.
