Limonene + Flurbiprofen
Flurbiprofen brand names: Ansaid, Flurbiprofen, Froben, Flurprofen, Froben SR, and others.
Limonene has a moderate interaction with Flurbiprofen. There's preliminary evidence that limonene might be a substrate for cytochrome P450 2C9 (CYP2C9), as well causing its induction.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Flurbiprofen
Flurbiprofen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Limonene interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist for flurbiprofen: your liver uses an enzyme called CYP2C9 to break this medicine down. Early lab work hints that concentrated limonene may speed that enzyme up a bit. If that happened in real people, your body could clear flurbiprofen a little faster, which might leave you with less relief from your arthritis pain, swelling, and stiffness.
Now, the honest part: this comes only from test tube and animal studies, and it has never actually been seen in humans. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it. The small amount of limonene in an orange or a glass of juice is very unlikely to matter. If you take a concentrated limonene supplement regularly and notice your pain control slipping, give your pharmacist or doctor a call before changing anything.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Flurbiprofen page
“Anyone taking flurbiprofen (Ansaid), an NSAID pain reliever, should treat this list with genuine care, starting with the entries that pile onto the drug's own weak points, the stomach lining and the kidneys. Drinking alcohol, beer and wine both make the list, raises the chance of stomach bleeding beyond what any NSAID already carries,…”
