Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under DIURETIC DRUGS — the group Lithium interacts with.

Theoretically, taking lithium supplements with loop diuretics might increase lithium levels and adverse effects.
Thiazide diuretics and loop diuretics might reduce lithium excretion, particularly in sodium-restricted patients. If lithium is clinically indicated and other treatment options are unavailable or inadequate in patients using diuretics, lithium treatment can be initiated with extreme caution. Serum lithium should be measured frequently and the doses used should be the lowest dose ordinarily tolerated. It is unclear if this interaction would be clinically significant with the smaller doses found in lithium supplements.

Here's the thing to know about Uniretic: it's a combo pill, and the hydrochlorothiazide part (a thiazide water pill) is what matters here. Thiazide diuretics make your kidneys hold onto less sodium, and because of the way your body handles sodium and lithium together, your kidneys may clear out less lithium too. That means lithium can quietly build up in your blood, and lithium has a narrow safe range. Too much can cause hand tremor, nausea, increased thirst, confusion, or unsteady walking.

This concern is based on how these drugs work rather than hard studies, and it's unclear whether the small amounts in lithium supplements would cause trouble. Still, lithium is risky enough that I'd ask your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two, especially if you're cutting back on salt.

Here's something worth knowing about Uniretic, which combines a water pill (hydrochlorothiazide) with an ACE inhibitor (moexipril). Both of these can affect how your kidneys handle lithium. The thinking is that they can cause your body to hold onto lithium, which can nudge lithium levels up. Since lithium has a very narrow safe range, even a small rise can lead to trouble like nausea, hand tremor, increased thirst, feeling unsteady, or confusion.

Now, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on how these drugs work, not on strong studies, especially with the tiny amounts in over-the-counter lithium supplements like lithium orotate. Still, lithium isn't something to take casually. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them so they can keep an eye on things.
