Here's the simple version: Noni juice may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own. Aliskiren (Tekturna) already relaxes your blood vessels to bring your numbers down, so adding noni could nudge your pressure a little lower than you'd expect. If that happens, you might notice dizziness, lightheadedness, feeling tired, or a woozy feeling when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about how solid this is: the evidence here is anecdotal and largely theoretical, so this isn't something to panic about. A glass of noni now and then is unlikely to cause trouble, while regular concentrated use is more worth watching. If you take Aliskiren and want to try noni, check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your home blood pressure readings.

Aliskiren and Tekturna tablets are both approved to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) in adults and in children who are at least 6 years old and weigh 50 kg (about 110 lbs) or more. Lowering high blood pressure reduces the risk of serious events like strokes and heart attacks.

Managing blood pressure is usually part of a broader plan that may also include diet changes, exercise, cholesterol control, and other medications. Many people need more than one blood pressure drug to reach their goal.
