Ethinyl Estradiol falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Passion Flower interacts with.

Theoretically, passion flower might decrease the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that passion flower can induce CYP3A4 enzymes, albeit to a much lower degree than rifampin, a known CYP3A4 inducer.

Here's the gist for ethinyl estradiol, the estrogen found in many birth control pills. Your liver clears it using an enzyme called CYP3A4. Some lab (test tube) research hints that passion flower might gently speed that enzyme up. If that happened in your body, it could clear the estrogen a little faster and slightly lower its levels, which in theory could weaken the medication's effect.

I want to be honest, though: this is only a theoretical concern based on lab studies, and passion flower's effect was much weaker than known enzyme boosters. Real-world evidence in people is lacking, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you rely on this pill for contraception, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding passion flower regularly.
