Sirolimus (albumin bound) falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Passion Flower interacts with.

Theoretically, passion flower might decrease the effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research suggests that passion flower can induce CYP3A4 enzymes, albeit to a much lower degree than rifampin, a known CYP3A4 inducer.

Here's the gist for Fyarro (albumin-bound sirolimus). Your body clears this medicine using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some lab studies suggest passion flower might gently speed that enzyme up. If that happened in real life, your body could clear sirolimus a little faster, which in theory might lower the amount in your blood and make this cancer treatment work less well. Since sirolimus is a drug where the level really matters, that direction is worth being mindful of.

That said, this is a theoretical, test-tube-level concern, and the effect was much weaker than known enzyme boosters. I wouldn't panic. Just loop in your oncology team or pharmacist before adding passion flower so they can keep an eye on things.
