CNS DEPRESSANTS
Why this applies to Buprenorphine, Naloxone
Buprenorphine, Naloxone falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Pinellia Ternata interacts with.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the gist of it. The buprenorphine in your Zubsolv or Cassipa is an opioid that works on your brain and can already cause drowsiness, slowed breathing, and a foggy, sluggish feeling. Pinellia ternata has been shown, mostly in animal studies, to calm the nervous system and lengthen sleep time. So in theory, taking the two together could add up and leave you more sedated, dizzy, or short of breath than usual.
I want to be honest though, this is rated as weak evidence (lab and animal data only), not something proven in people. Still, because buprenorphine is a serious medication, it's worth a quick chat with your doctor or pharmacist before combining them. Please don't change your dose on your own.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Buprenorphine, Naloxone page
“Anything else that sedates is the biggest hazard alongside buprenorphine and naloxone (Zubsolv, Cassipa). Alcohol is rated a major interaction because it deepens an opioid's drowsiness and can slow breathing, and 78 of the 199 ingredients here share that sedating pull, from kava to ordinary sleep aids.”
