Chlorpheniramine, Methscopolamine, Phenylephrine falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Psilocybin interacts with.

Theoretically, combining psilocybin with serotonergic drugs might cause additive serotonergic effects.
Psilocybin has serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist activity. Theoretically, combining serotonergic drugs with psilocybin might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

This combination product pairs an antihistamine (chlorpheniramine) with a drying agent (methscopolamine) and a decongestant (phenylephrine). The piece that matters here is chlorpheniramine, which has some mild effect on serotonin in the brain. Psilocybin works strongly on serotonin receptors, so on paper, stacking the two could add up and, in theory, raise the small chance of serotonin-related effects like agitation, fast heartbeat, sweating, tremor, or confusion.

I want to be honest about how soft this concern is. It is based on how these drugs work, not on real cases in people. Still, psilocybin is unpredictable and illegal in most places, and it should only ever be used under medical supervision. Please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything like this.

The piece of this combo product that matters most here is the phenylephrine, a decongestant that revs up the body a little, raising blood pressure and heart rate. Psilocybin can also stir up the nervous system. Put the two together and, in theory, you could stack those stimulant-type effects, leading to a faster or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, headache, or trouble sleeping.

Keep in mind this concern is theoretical, based on how the drugs work rather than strong studies. The chlorpheniramine and methscopolamine pieces tend to cause drowsiness, dry mouth, and constipation instead. I would not change anything on your own. Since psilocybin is investigational and illegal in most places, please talk it over with your pharmacist or doctor first.
