Pemoline is a central nervous system stimulant, and psilocybin also stirs up activity in the brain and nervous system. When you put two stimulating things together, their effects can stack up. So the concern here is that combining them could amplify the kind of side effects Pemoline already causes, like a racing heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, loss of appetite, or feeling anxious and on edge.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical caution based on how both substances work, not on solid studies of people taking them together. It's also worth knowing psilocybin is investigational and not legal in most places. If this question is on your mind, please talk it through with your doctor or pharmacist before mixing anything.
