It is illegal in most places, can cause intense and unpredictable mental effects, and should never be used outside of a supervised clinical setting.

There is no established, safe over-the-counter dose of psilocybin. In research studies, doses are carefully measured, purified, and given under medical supervision with psychological support before, during, and after.Mushroom strength varies widely, so there is no reliable way to know how much you are taking from wild or non-medical sources. About Tadalafil

What Is Tadalafil Used For?

Brand names: Cialis, Tadliq

Tadalafil tablets (including Cialis and generic tadalafil) are used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH — an enlarged prostate), or both conditions together. When used with the drug finasteride to start BPH treatment, this combination is recommended for up to 26 weeks.

Adcirca, Alyq (tablets), and Tadliq (oral suspension) are indicated specifically for pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH — high blood pressure in the lungs), to improve the ability to exercise.
