Theoretically, combining psilocybin with serotonergic drugs might cause additive serotonergic effects.
Psilocybin has serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist activity. Theoretically, combining serotonergic drugs with psilocybin might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist with this combo. Chlorpheniramine is an antihistamine and phenylephrine is a decongestant, often paired up in cold and allergy products like Histatab Plus or Rynatan. Chlorpheniramine has some mild effect on serotonin signaling, so on paper, mixing it with psilocybin could nudge serotonin activity a little higher than either alone. That's the theory behind this flag.

I want to be honest about the strength here: this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs work, not something actually reported in people. Still, watch for things like jitteriness, fast heartbeat, agitation, sweating, or confusion. Beyond all that, psilocybin isn't legal or approved for home use, so please loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining anything.

Here's the practical side of this combo. The phenylephrine in your product is a decongestant that works a lot like a mild stimulant, narrowing blood vessels and nudging up your heart rate and blood pressure. The chlorpheniramine is a sedating antihistamine that helps with sneezing and runny nose. Psilocybin can stir up its own stimulant-like effects on the body and mind, so pairing the two could, in theory, stack those effects on top of each other.

What that might feel like is a racing or pounding heart, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or feeling wired and anxious. I'll be honest with you though, this concern comes from how the drugs work on paper, not from solid studies. Either way, since psilocybin is unpredictable (and not legal in most places), please run this by your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything.
