Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Phenyltoloxamine falls under SEROTONERGIC DRUGS — the group Psilocybin interacts with.

Theoretically, combining psilocybin with serotonergic drugs might cause additive serotonergic effects.
Psilocybin has serotonin 2A (5-HT2A) receptor agonist activity. Theoretically, combining serotonergic drugs with psilocybin might increase the risk of serotonergic side effects, including serotonin syndrome. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

This combo product mixes chlorpheniramine (an antihistamine), phenylephrine (a decongestant), and phenyltoloxamine (another antihistamine). The piece that overlaps with psilocybin is the mild effect these medicines can have on serotonin, your brain's mood and perception chemical. Since psilocybin (changed in the body to psilocin) acts strongly on serotonin receptors, the worry is that stacking them could pile on serotonin-related effects.

To be clear, this is only a theoretical concern based on how the drugs work, not something actually reported in people. Still, watch for things like agitation, a racing heart, shakiness, sweating, or confusion. Phenylephrine can already raise blood pressure and heart rate on its own. Psilocybin isn't a legal supplement, so please talk with your pharmacist or doctor before mixing anything.

In this combo product, the ingredient that matters here is phenylephrine, a decongestant that mildly stimulates the body. It can already bump up heart rate and blood pressure, and may leave some folks feeling jittery or wired. The concern with psilocybin is that it has its own stimulating effects on the brain, so pairing the two could, in theory, add up and make those edgy effects stronger, think racing heart, raised blood pressure, restlessness, or anxiety.

I want to be honest that this is a theoretical concern based on how these substances work, not on solid studies in people. Still, please don't mix them on your own. If you're considering psilocybin, talk it through with your doctor or pharmacist first.
