Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Rauwolscine interacts with.

Theoretically, rauwolscine may have antiplatelet effects and may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Rauwolscine is structurally related to yohimbine. In vitro research shows that yohimbine inhibits platelet aggregation.

Vimovo combines naproxen (an NSAID pain reliever) with esomeprazole (a stomach acid blocker added to protect your gut). The naproxen part already nudges up your bleeding risk a little, since NSAIDs make platelets stickier and can irritate the stomach lining.

Here's the concern with rauwolscine: lab studies on its close cousin yohimbine suggest it may keep platelets from clumping together. Stacking that on top of naproxen could, in theory, add up to a slightly higher chance of bleeding or bruising, like nosebleeds, stomach upset, or dark stools. I'll be honest, this is theoretical and based only on test-tube data, so it's not a proven problem. Still, since both touch bleeding, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.

Rauwolscine (alpha-yohimbine) is a stimulant alkaloid closely related to yohimbine that is marketed mainly in fat-burning and pre-workout supplements.
