Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Terminalia arjuna with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs may increase the risk of bleeding in some patients.
In vitro, Terminalia arjuna bark extract inhibits platelet aggregation, decreases platelet activation, and shows antithrombotic properties.

Aggrenox combines two blood thinners: aspirin and dipyridamole, both of which work to keep your platelets from clumping and forming clots. That's a good thing if you're preventing strokes, but it also means you naturally bruise and bleed a little more easily. Here's where Terminalia (especially Terminalia arjuna) comes in. In lab studies, this herb also slows platelets down. Stack it on top of Aggrenox, and you could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk higher.

I want to be straight with you though: this concern comes only from test-tube and animal research, not from real patients, so it's more of a caution than a proven problem. Watch for easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or any unusual bleeding, and please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
