Azilsartan, Chlorthalidone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2C9 (CYP2C9) SUBSTRATES — the group Terminalia interacts with.

Theoretically, use of Terminalia arjuna may increase the levels and clinical effects of CYP2C9 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Terminalia arjuna extract inhibits CYP2C9 enzymes and reduces CYP2C9 substrate metabolism.

Here's the short version: Edarbyclor combines azilsartan (a blood pressure medicine) with chlorthalidone (a water pill). Azilsartan is partly handled by a liver enzyme called CYP2C9. In lab tests only, Terminalia arjuna appears to slow that same enzyme down. In theory, that could let a bit more azilsartan build up, which might nudge your blood pressure lower than expected.

If that happened, you could feel dizzy, lightheaded, or unusually tired, especially when standing up. I want to stress this is theoretical and based only on test-tube research, not real patients, so the real-world risk is likely small. Still, since both Terminalia and this drug affect your heart and blood pressure, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
