Bosentan falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the concern with pairing these two: Bosentan can be hard on the liver on its own, which is why people taking it normally get regular blood tests to watch their liver enzymes. Testolone (RAD-140) has also been tied to liver injury, including a case report of real liver damage and frequent liver enzyme spikes in a dosing study. Putting both together could stack that strain on your liver.

This isn't about Bosentan being broken down differently. It's simply two liver-stressing substances at once. Warning signs would include yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, belly pain, or feeling unusually tired. Please keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before combining anything with Bosentan.

What Is Bosentan Used For?

Brand name: Tracleer

Bosentan is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) — high blood pressure in the arteries of the lungs. In adults, it helps improve the ability to exercise and slows how quickly the disease gets worse.

In children aged 3 years and older with idiopathic (no known cause) or congenital (present from birth) PAH, bosentan is used to lower resistance in the lung blood vessels, which is expected to improve exercise ability. Tracleer is one brand approved for both adults and pediatric patients with PAH.
