Bortezomib falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Testolone interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use might have additive hepatotoxic effects.
In a case report, a 52-year-old male was diagnosed with liver injury thought to be related to the use of products containing testolone. Also, elevated liver enzymes were commonly reported in a dose escalation study of testolone.

Here's the simple version: both Testolone (RAD-140) and bortezomib (Velcade) can be hard on your liver. The worry isn't that one changes how the other is broken down. It's that the strain on the liver could stack up if you take them together, raising your odds of liver injury and pushing your liver enzymes higher than bortezomib alone might.

This is based mostly on theory plus a case report and a study where Testolone raised liver enzymes, so it's not a sure thing, but it's worth taking seriously. Keep in mind Testolone is an unapproved, illegally sold product with its own real risks. If you're on bortezomib for myeloma or lymphoma, please talk with your oncology team or pharmacist before adding anything like this.
