Amphetamine Sulfate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, tree turmeric might increase the levels and clinical effects of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
In vitro research and preliminary clinical evidence suggest that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can inhibit CYP2D6.

Here's the gist: your body relies partly on an enzyme called CYP2D6 to clear amphetamine out of your system. The berberine in tree turmeric appears to slow that enzyme down. If that happens, amphetamine could linger a bit longer and hit a little harder than usual. In plain terms, you might notice more of the typical effects, things like a racing or pounding heart, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, less appetite, or feeling wired and anxious.

Now, I'd keep this in perspective. This is mostly theoretical, based on lab work and early human data, so it may not cause real trouble for everyone. Still, since it leans toward boosting amphetamine's effects, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them, especially if you notice new side effects.
