Aspirin, Dipyridamole falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Tree Turmeric interacts with.

Theoretically, tree turmeric might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs and increase the risk of bleeding.
In vitro and animal research suggest that berberine, a constituent of tree turmeric, can inhibit platelet aggregation.

Aggrenox already does two jobs at once: the aspirin and the dipyridamole both make your platelets less sticky so clots don't form as easily. The concern here is that berberine, the active piece of tree turmeric, may also nudge platelets in that same direction. Stack them together and you could, in theory, tip a bit too far toward easy bleeding (think bruising more readily, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or cuts that take longer to stop).

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. The evidence is only from lab and animal studies, not real people, so it's a theoretical caution rather than something proven. Still, since Aggrenox is itself a blood thinner, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a berberine supplement. Please don't stop your Aggrenox on your own.
