Here's the simple version: Aristada (aripiprazole lauroxil) is a long-acting injection that already nudges your brain toward a calmer, more balanced state, and one of its common side effects is drowsiness or feeling tired. Wild lettuce is an herb people take to relax or sleep. Put the two together and the worry is that their calming effects could stack up, leaving you more sleepy, foggy, or dizzy than you'd expect.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one. It's only a theoretical concern based on how these things work, not something proven in real studies, so it may not cause trouble at all. Still, since you can't easily undo an injection, it's worth running it past your pharmacist or doctor before adding wild lettuce.

Aripiprazole injection is used to treat schizophrenia and to provide maintenance treatment for bipolar I disorder in adults. Different injectable products carry these approvals.

Abilify Asimtufii is approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults and as maintenance monotherapy for bipolar I disorder in adults. Aristada is approved for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults, with Aristada Initio used specifically to help start Aristada therapy.
