Here's the thing to keep in mind: brexanolone (Zulresso) is already a strong sedating medicine. It's given as a slow IV infusion in a hospital, and one of its most common effects is making you very drowsy or even causing you to suddenly fall asleep. Wild lettuce is an herb that people use for its own calming, sleepy effects.

Stacking the two together could add up, so you might feel more sleepy, more dizzy, or harder to keep awake than expected. This worry is theoretical, based on how each one works rather than real-world reports, but since you'll be monitored closely during this treatment, it's worth telling your care team about any supplements like wild lettuce beforehand.
