Ticagrelor (Brilinta) is cleared by the CYP3A4 enzyme, and grapefruit blocks that enzyme, so drug levels can climb and bleeding becomes more likely. I would handle this list with genuine care, because ticagrelor is an antiplatelet medicine given after a heart attack or stent to prevent clots, and most of the 286 ingredients on file (202 of them) have blood-thinning or antiplatelet activity of their own that stacks on top of the drug's effect.
