Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin crucial for several bodily functions. It plays a pivotal role in the formation of red blood cells, aiding in the prevention of anemia. Vitamin B12 is essential for maintaining a healthy nervous system and proper brain function, as it is involved in the synthesis of myelin, the protective sheath around nerve fibers. This vitamin is primarily found in animal-based foods such as meat, fish, dairy products, and eggs, making it important for vegetarians and vegans to consider supplementation. A deficiency in vitamin B12 can lead to neurological issues, fatigue, and cognitive impairment.

Calcium
Calcium is a vital nutrient found in various foods such as dairy products, certain vegetables, and many fortified items. Over 99% of the body's calcium is stored in the bones and teeth, predominantly as hydroxyapatite. The remaining calcium circulates in the blood, extracellular fluid, muscles, and other tissues, where it is essential for processes like nerve signaling, muscle contraction, vascular activities, glandular secretion, and maintaining cell membrane and capillary permeability. It also plays critical roles in enzyme reactions, respiration, kidney function, and blood clotting, and is involved in neurotransmitter and hormone release, amino acid uptake, vitamin B12 absorption, and gastrin secretion. Calcium balance changes with age: it is positive during periods of growth, stable in adulthood, and tends to become negative in older age. Calcium loss occurs through feces, urine, sweat, and shedding skin cells. In women, reduced estrogen levels decrease calcium absorption and retention, increase bone turnover, and lead to lower bone mass. Calcium supplements come in various forms, including citrate and carbonate, which differ mainly in their calcium content and absorption rates. Calcium citrate is easily absorbed and can be taken without food, making it suitable for older adults or those with low stomach acid. In contrast, calcium carbonate, which contains a higher percentage of calcium, is best absorbed when taken with meals.

Creatine Monohydrate
Description:Creatine is an organic amine that occurs naturally in the body and is also found in certain foods, such as meat and fish. It is stored mostly in the skeletal muscles, where it is used to generate energy during physical activity. Creatine is a popular over-the-counter dietary supplement, and some evidence suggests it is effective at improving exercise performance, particularly during high-intensity activities such as weightlifting and sprinting. However, the degree to which creatine supplements may improve exercise performance can vary depending on the individual and the type of physical activity being performed Creatine is generally well-tolerated but may cause some minor side effects, such as cramping and water retention in some individuals. Long-term use has been rarely linked to kidney problems, but its use is generally regarded as safe. There are several different forms of creatine available, with the most common form being monohydrate salt. Other salt forms, including di-creatine citrate and 'pH buffered' creatine, are also available.

L-Aspartic Acid
Description:Aspartic acid, also known as aspartate, is a non-essential amino acid that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes within the body. It functions as a building block in protein synthesis and is a central component of various enzymes. Additionally, aspartic acid plays a key role in the metabolism of nitrogen. Aspartic acid has been studied for its potential benefits as a dietary supplement. Research indicates that it may aid in cognitive function and memory by increasing the levels of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, which is critical for memory and learning. Furthermore, aspartic acid has been suggested to enhance athletic performance by increasing energy and endurance through the elevation of creatine levels. It is worth mentioning that aspartame, an artificial sweetener, contains around 40% aspartic acid. Aspartic acid exists in two forms, D-aspartic acid (D-AA) and L-aspartic acid (L-AA). The structural difference between the two forms is the arrangement of atoms in their molecular structure. D-aspartic acid is more commonly found in dietary supplements for athletics, as it has been studied for its effects on testosterone levels and muscle growth.

L-Glutamine
Description:L-glutamine is the most abundant free amino acid in the body, produced primarily in skeletal muscle and then released into circulation. It serves vital roles in various tissues, including the immune system, gastrointestinal tract, kidneys, and liver, where it supports essential functions such as maintaining intestinal integrity, immune response, and amino acid balance. Although traditionally classified as a non-essential amino acid, during periods of severe stress, glutamine becomes conditionally essential due to the body's increased demand. It acts as a critical nitrogen and carbon transporter between organs, and while the intestinal mucosa can synthesize glutamine, this production is insufficient during times of significant physiological stress. Dietary supplements generally contain L-glutamine as it is the biologically active form of the amino acid.

Hardcore Post-Workout Musclebuilding Amplifier(TM)
The ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series formulas is an all-in-one post-workout musclebuilding solution developed with seven proprietary blends and is powered by three scientifically advanced key ingredients, including ingredients documented in groundbreaking university studies. Check out how these core ingredients deliver eight important elements that make ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series a truly advanced post-workout anabolic formula.*
1. AMPLIFIES TESTOSTERONE RECEPTORS: The first element in ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series increases the number of testosterone receptors for greater potential of free-testosterone utilization at the muscle fiber level. Note: Free testosterone is the only usable form of testosterone for pure, unadulterated growth.* After 21 days of a third-party study involving 10 resistance-trained subjects, one of the powerful ingredients in ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series increased the number of testosterone (androgen) receptors significantly more than subjects used a placebo. The researchers in the sudy theorized that this led to greater free-testosterone utilization.* This study was published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Excercise.
2. INSULIN MANIPULATION: The second element directly manipulates insulin, allowing vital nutrients to be shuttled into cells. This creates an anabolic environment conducive to muscle growth.*
3. INCREASES MUSCLE FIBER AREA: The third element of ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series works to increase muscle fiber area through rapid hypertrophy. ^A third-party study published in the journal Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise involving 22 untrained subjects divided into three study groups showed that subjects using a key ingredients in ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series gained significantly more muscle that subjects using a placebo after 12 weeks.*
4. INCREASE MUSCLEBUILDING STRENGTH: The fourth element uses a key ingredient in ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series to deliver musclebuilding strength gains. ^In the same study mentioned directly above, subjects significantly increased their strength compared to subjects using a placebo.*
5. ACTIVATES HUMAN MYOGENIC REGULATORY FACTORS: The fifth element directly manipulates key myogenic regulatory factors to create a powerful anabolic response. ^^In a second study that utilized muscle biopsies from the same study outlined in elements three and four, subjects using a key ingredients in ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series increased myocellular levels of anabolic growth precursors of myogenin by 61% and MRF-4 by 65% in 12 weeks.*
6. MYOCELLULAR EXPANSION: The sixth element floods your muscle cells with cell-volumizing agents for increased myocellular expansion. Researchers theorize that myocellular volumization is an important factor for rapid muscle tissue growth.*
7. MUSCLE CELL RECOVERY: The seventh element of ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series delivers a muscle cell recovery agent that allows you to significantly improve recovery time between sets.*
8. MICRO-DIFFUSE™ TECHNOLOGY: ^With the eighth element, Team MuscleTech(R) researchers employed ANABOLIC HALO(TM) Hardcore Pro Series with Micro-Diffuse Technology. This is designed to enhance the dispersion properties of a key musclebuilding agent.
