Nadroparin (Fraxiparine) is a low molecular weight heparin, meaning it's a blood thinner you inject to lower the risk of dangerous clots. It already slows down your blood's ability to clot, which is exactly what it's meant to do.

Here's where andrographis comes in. Lab and animal studies hint that this herb may have a mild antiplatelet effect, meaning it could make platelets a little less sticky. Stack that on top of nadroparin and, in theory, you might bruise more easily or bleed a bit longer from cuts, nosebleeds, or gums. I want to be honest though: this is theoretical and based only on lab and animal data, not strong human studies. Still, since nadroparin is already a potent thinner, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
