Theoretically, andrographis extract might increase the maximum concentration and time to peak concentration of celecoxib. The clinical significance of these changes is unclear.
Animal research suggests that andrographis extract taken orally increases the maximum concentration and time to peak concentration of celecoxib but does not appear to impact the area under the curve.

Your medicine, Seglentis, pairs celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory) with tramadol (a pain reliever). The interaction on file involves only the celecoxib part. In animal studies, andrographis seemed to push celecoxib's peak blood level a little higher and make it take longer to reach that peak. Importantly, the total amount your body absorbed over time did not really change.

This is theoretical and comes only from lab and animal work, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. In plain terms, you might notice celecoxib's typical effects (like stomach upset or fluid retention) slightly more strongly, but that's unproven in people. Since the evidence is weak and your medicine also contains tramadol, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.
