Chlorothiazide, Methyldopa falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Baikal Skullcap interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of Baikal skullcap with antihypertensive drugs might have additive effects and increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research suggests that baicalein, a constituent of Baikal skullcap, might lower blood pressure.

Your Aldoclor combines two blood pressure medicines: chlorothiazide (a water pill) and methyldopa (which relaxes your blood vessels). Both already work to bring your numbers down. The concern here is simple: in animal studies, a compound in Baikal skullcap called baicalein also seemed to lower blood pressure on its own. So stacking the herb on top of your medicine could, in theory, push your pressure down a little too far.

Keep in mind this is theoretical and based only on lab and animal work, not human studies, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Still, if you take both, watch for dizziness, lightheadedness when standing, or feeling unusually tired. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before adding this supplement rather than changing anything on your own.
