Here's the simple version: betony may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of its own. Since bisoprolol (Zebeta) is already working to relax your blood vessels and slow your heart rate, pairing the two could nudge your numbers a little lower than expected. In theory, that might leave you feeling lightheaded, dizzy, unusually tired, or with a heart rate that runs on the slow side, especially when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about how thin this evidence is. This concern comes from pharmacology reasoning, not real human studies, so for most people it stays theoretical. Still, if you'd like to try betony, check in with your pharmacist or doctor first, and keep an eye on your blood pressure and pulse at home rather than changing your bisoprolol on your own.
