Pindolol falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Betony interacts with.

Theoretically, betony might have additive effects with blood pressure lowering drugs due to hypotensive activity of the glycosides found in betony. It might also interfere with the activity of pressor drugs. Some antihypertensive drugs include captopril (Capoten), enalapril (Vasotec), losartan (Cozaar), valsartan (Diovan), diltiazem (Cardizem), Amlodipine (Norvasc), hydrochlorothiazide (HydroDiuril), furosemide (Lasix), and many others.

Here's the simple version: pindolol already lowers your blood pressure and slows your heart rate. Some of the plant compounds in betony may have a mild blood-pressure-lowering effect of their own. Put them together and they could add up, which in theory might push your numbers lower than you want. If that happens, you may feel dizzy or lightheaded, tired, or notice your pulse running slow, especially when you stand up quickly.

I want to be honest about the strength of this one. It is theoretical, based on how betony behaves rather than solid human studies, so it may never cause you any trouble. Still, since both can nudge blood pressure down, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding betony. Don't change your pindolol on your own.
