Azilsartan, Chlorthalidone falls under THIAZIDE DIURETICS — the group Calcium interacts with.

Taking calcium along with thiazides might increase the risk of hypercalcemia and renal failure.
Thiazides reduce calcium excretion by the kidneys. Using thiazides along with moderately large amounts of calcium carbonate increases the risk of milk-alkali syndrome (hypercalcemia, metabolic alkalosis, renal failure). Patients may need to have their serum calcium levels and/or parathyroid function monitored regularly.

Your Edarbyclor combines two blood pressure medicines, and the one that matters here is chlorthalidone, a thiazide-type water pill. One quirk of these diuretics is that they make your kidneys hold onto more calcium instead of flushing it out. So if you add a calcium supplement on top, the calcium in your blood can creep up higher than it should.

In larger doses, this combo can lead to a problem called milk-alkali syndrome, with too much calcium causing nausea, constipation, confusion, and strain on your kidneys. This is a real and reasonably well-accepted concern, though it usually takes higher supplement amounts. Calcium from normal foods is rarely an issue. Don't stop anything on your own, but do check in with your pharmacist or doctor, who may want to watch your calcium levels.
