Belladona Extract, Phenobarbital falls under CNS DEPRESSANTS — the group Cannabidiol (cbd) interacts with.
Preliminary clinical research, case reports, and animal studies suggest that high dose cannabidiol has sedative and hypnotic effects. Theoretically, concomitant use of cannabidiol with drugs with sedative and anesthetic properties may cause additive therapeutic and adverse effects.

Chardonna-2 contains phenobarbital, a barbiturate that calms the brain, along with belladonna to ease stomach cramping. Phenobarbital already makes many people feel drowsy, foggy, or slowed down. CBD, especially at higher supplement doses, can have its own calming, sleepy effect. Put them together and those effects may stack, leaving you more sedated, dizzy, or unsteady than you'd expect.
I'll be honest: this concern is mostly theoretical, based on how these things work rather than strong studies. Still, it's worth respecting. Don't change anything on your own. Just check with your pharmacist or doctor first, and if you do use both, go slow and watch for extra grogginess, poor coordination, or trouble concentrating, especially before driving.

CYTOCHROME P450 2C19 (CYP2C19) INDUCERS

Cannabidiol is a substrate of CYP2C19 enzymes. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP2C19 enzymes might decrease the levels and effects of cannabidiol.

Here's the key thing to know about this combo: the concern runs in the opposite direction from what most people expect. It's not that your CBD changes your Chardonna-2 (belladonna and phenobarbital), it's that the phenobarbital part may lower how well your CBD works. Phenobarbital is a strong enzyme booster, and it can speed up the same liver pathway (CYP2C19) that breaks down CBD. The result could be less CBD in your system and a weaker effect from it.
I'll be honest, this one is theoretical, based on how these substances behave in the lab rather than proven in people. Phenobarbital is also a sedative, so stacking it with CBD could add to drowsiness. Please don't change either one on your own. Just check in with your pharmacist or doctor first.

CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) INDUCERS

Cannabidiol is a substrate of CYP3A4 enzymes. Theoretically, drugs that induce CYP3A4 enzymes might reduce the levels and effects of cannabidiol.

Here's the gist: this combination is really about what the phenobarbital part does to your CBD, not the other way around. Phenobarbital is a strong, long-acting inducer, meaning it revs up a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Since your body uses that same enzyme to break down CBD, taking them together could speed up how fast the CBD is cleared, leaving less of it in your system and possibly making it work less well.
I want to be honest, though: this is a theoretical concern based on how these drugs behave on paper, not something proven in studies. Phenobarbital is a serious medicine, so don't change anything on your own. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up before adding CBD so they can keep an eye on things.

CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES
4 of 4Belladona Extract, Phenobarbital also falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2B6 (CYP2B6) SUBSTRATES.
In vitro research shows that cannabidiol inhibits CYP2B6. However, this interaction has yet to be reported in humans. Until more is known, use with caution. Theoretically, concomitant use of cannabidiol with CYP2B6 substrates might increase the risk for adverse effects from these substrates.

Here's the gist with Chardonna-2, which pairs belladonna with phenobarbital. The phenobarbital part is a barbiturate, and your liver partly clears it using an enzyme called CYP2B6. Lab studies suggest CBD can slow that enzyme down. In theory, that means phenobarbital could build up a bit more than usual. If that happened, you might feel extra drowsy, foggy, dizzy, or unsteady on your feet.
I want to be honest, though: this is based only on test-tube data and has not actually been seen in real people, so it's more of a yellow flag than a red one.
