Bisoprolol, Hydrochlorothiazide falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Cannabigerol (cbg) interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Ziac is a two-in-one blood pressure pill: bisoprolol (a beta-blocker that slows the heart) plus hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill). Here's the concern with CBG. In animal studies, injected CBG lowered blood pressure, possibly by acting on alpha-2 receptors. If that effect carries over to people, adding CBG on top of Ziac could push your numbers a little too low.

What might that feel like? Lightheadedness, dizziness when you stand up, tiredness, or a slower heartbeat. I want to be honest though: this is theoretical, based only on animal data, and oral CBG hasn't been shown to do this in humans. It's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially while they watch your blood pressure.
