Hydrochlorothiazide, Moexipril falls under ANTIHYPERTENSIVE DRUGS — the group Cannabigerol (cbg) interacts with.

Theoretically, taking cannabigerol with antihypertensive drugs might increase the risk of hypotension.
Animal research shows that an intraperitoneal injection of cannabigerol lowers blood pressure. The mechanism of action may be related to alpha-2-adrenoreceptor activity. The effect of oral intake of cannabigerol is unclear and this has not been shown in humans.

Uniretic combines two blood pressure medicines: hydrochlorothiazide (a water pill) and moexipril (an ACE inhibitor). Both are designed to bring your blood pressure down. The concern here is simple addition: CBG might nudge your pressure a little lower too, so stacking it on top of Uniretic could in theory leave you with blood pressure that dips too far.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, tired, or woozy when you stand up. I want to be honest, though, this is a very soft signal. It comes from a single animal study using an injection, not from people taking CBG by mouth. We really don't know if it matters in humans. Still, since both work in the same direction, mention CBG to your pharmacist or doctor and keep an eye on how you feel.
